Product Descriptions: We attempt to display our dresses (including 100% Mulberry Silk Dresses, Linen Midi Dresses, and Textured Vacation Dresses) as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free.
5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your RHEAMILO dress. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Final sale items (marked as "SALE" or "Rea") are not eligible for return unless defective.
8. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
